Confusion over Space

A new space race has emerged focused on the ownership of the Moon’s energy resources, including helium-3 trapped in its upper layer of soil, a future fuel for fusion reactors. China and India are exhibiting leadership in this new space race. The United States has stumbled, failing to build manned spacecraft to reach the Moon.
