Henceforth, no subscription orders will be
accepted and no issues for 2023 will be
published.
All cashed payments for
2023 subscriptions will be refunded. Refunds
will be issued to the payer (i.e.,
subscription agent or direct subscriber). If
you do not receive a refund by August 31,
2023, please send a refund request including
date of payment to
socecon@aol.com.
Print subscribers are asked to
kindly submit claims for missing or damaged
copies by December 31, 2023, after which
time replacements are not guaranteed. Online
